We hereby make application for membership in the Roofing & Sheet Metal Contractors Association of Georgia, Inc. We further agree to abide by the Code of Ethics and the Constitution and By-Laws of the association. Our application will be reviewed by the Board of Directors. Payment of the first year's dues (pro-rated based on the month in which we apply) must accompany the application. Annual dues are $575.00 (Jan. thru Dec.). Payment will be returned if membership is denied.

This membership application is subject to review by the Board of Directors and will not be considered until membership dues have been paid. Please fax your credit card information to 404 768-7767 or mail us a company check for the member investment of $575.00 (pro-rated by month after January) for consideration.
